کورد له بواری فولکلۆر و تێکڕای کهلهپووردا زۆر دهوڵهمهنده، به ڕادهیک شایانی شانازیکردنه، بۆیه کۆکردنهوهیان و پاراستنیان ئهرکی سهرشانی ههر ههموو ڕهوشهنبیرانی دلسۆزه. وهک موزیک، گۆرانی، پهندی پێشینیان، ئیدیۆم، مهتهڵ، چیرۆکی بهرئاگردان، داستانهشیعر، ئهفسانه، پیشهی دهستی وهکو دارتاشی، تهونکاری، حهلاجی، جۆڵایی، بیناسازی و هیی تریش. نهریتی شایی و بووکگواستنهوه یهکیکه لهو نهریتانهی کورد که وهک تابلۆیکی جوان و قهشهنگ له باوباپیران و داوداپیرانهوه وهک میراتی بۆمان ماوتهوه، ههڵپهرکێی کوردی زۆر جوان و بێنهنگه، شایانی گوتنه دهبینین ژن و پیاو، کوڕ و کچ تیایدا به دڵێکی خاوێن و به شهوقهوه بهشدار دهبن. ئهم نهریته زۆر جار دهبێته هۆی درووستبوونی تهبایی و خۆشهویستی و بتهوکردنی نێوان ههموو چین و توێژهکانی ناو کۆمهڵگای گهلهکهمان. ههندێک جاریش دهبێته هۆی درووستبوونی خۆشهویستی له نێوان کۆڕ و کچێک و له ئهنجامدا هاوسهرگیریش ساز دهدهن، ههروهها لهم نهریته جوانهدا زۆر کهس له ههموو تیره و بنهماڵهکان و خزم و کهسوکار و هیی تریش به تهمهنی جیا جیا کۆ دهبنهوه و به دیداری یهک شاد دهبنهوه و ئاشنایی و خۆشهویستی لهنێوان خۆیان و مندالهکانیاندا پهیدا دهبێت.

Traditional wedding ceremony in Kurdish culture

Abstract:
In terms of folklore, Kurds enjoy a very rich legacy and culture, which is the source of their dignity and honor. Thus, it is a major duty to obtain and preserve this legacy that shall be borne by all thoughtful intellectuals. This legacy includes music, maqam, proverbs, anecdotes, fables, stories, storytelling, legends, handicrafts, knitting, cotton-beating, loom, construction, etc. Wedding customs and taking the bride to her chamber are among old customs that are portrayed like a beautiful painting passing from our forefatherd to us like an ancient heritage. With its distinct beauties, Kurdish dance embellishes the said customs where men and women and boys and girls sincerely dance hand in hand. This custom is often used as a reason to create love and kindness among girls and boys, which leads to marriage within the wedding ceremony. It is also a reason for more friendships and joys that lead to intimacy.
